Historic Louisville Building Gets New Purpose (WLKY.com, February 2019)

Managing broker Jay Gulick said it took months to renovate the property to meet their needs. "It just sort of opened up our thoughts about how can we use this space that was sort of none traditional from an office standpoint and make it something that worked for us as a business," Gulick said. Staff decided to keep a bar that was left in the building, but they converted the large kitchen to a break room. "Having an open office environment to me means you can see everybody else when you're in the office," Gulick said. "I mean, it's a gloomy February in Louisville, and people are coming in here with smiles on their faces and excited about working." Read more.
