JOB PHILOSOPHY
Transitioning into or out of a beloved house can be a complicated and emotional task. I see myself as a guide who has years of experience traveling this path (towards closing the sale) and who will share knowledge, predictions, and expectations with you at every turn.
Sellers, invite me to demonstrate how to attract the most prospective buyers by (1.) professionally presenting your house (staging, photography, etc), (2.) analyzing the market to determine the best listing price, (3.) gaining premium market exposure, (4.) strategically timing your home's public opening, plus (5.) collecting feedback and systematically tracking prospects with follow-up / follow-up / follow-up!
Buyers, myself or a team member will always be available to show you properties quickly and on your schedule. Gain direct access to Louisville’s Realtor database (no more third party platforms that have inaccurate or delayed listing information) for New Listings and Open Houses. With a hyper-focus on neighborhoods inside the Watterson, I aim to be a better resource to you. Invite me to share my list of recommended lenders, home inspectors, contractors, and closing attorneys.
After closing, I will continue to serve you via my e-newsletter which includes an updated list of recommended contractors for all types of house work, invitations to wine and cheese open houses, home maintenance tips, news from inside the Watterson, and videos highlighting local businesses/ people/ or events.
DO WE SHARE FRIENDS?
MISSION STATEMENT
On a community level, I’m interested in supporting private organizations that work to improve opportunities and living conditions of the most disadvantaged neighborhoods “inside the Watterson.”
On a personal level, I aim to be available, considerate, and attentive to my family and friends. I believe relationships and memories are worth more than materials. That being said, I work hard to contribute towards the financial part of the equation that allows our family to be comfortable, homeschool our daughter, and visit out-of-state friends and family.

BACKGROUND STORY
In 2010, my wife and I were considering which city to settle down in. We were quickly captivated by Louisville, particularly the historic neighborhoods "inside the Watterson." During one of our exploratory visits we discovered Cherokee Park, Waterfront Park, the Highlands, Bardstown Road, Old Louisville, Churchill Downs, Louisville Slugger Museum, Louisville Slugger Field, University of Louisville, Fourth Street Live, the Ohio River, and the downtown views. Little did we know... we had only scratched the surface. Needless to say, we made the move from Florida and never looked back!
Not long after our move, I started working as a Realtor affiliated with Kentucky Select Properties. Now I focus my time and energy promoting homes and neighborhoods "inside the Watterson" including (but not limited to) the Highlands, Old Louisville, Germantown, Clifton, Crescent Hill, Rolling Fields, Indian Hills, Downtown, and St Matthews. The combination of history, character, and culture makes this part of town very special. Here, you are pretty much a few minutes walk or drive to the best places in town. Also, you can live near the city and still feel like you’re in a small town.
