I know now that becoming a Realtor was my true calling in life. Prior to this, I spent 36 years in corporate management. I decided to leave the corporate world behind and make the leap into pursuing my true passion; Real Estate. That was over twenty years ago, and I can say in all honesty that this was easily one of the best decision I have ever made!

Being a native of and having spent my whole life in Louisville, I have seen first-hand all of the changes, growth, and development this city has undergone. As such, I bring to the table a wealth of knowledge regarding the individual neighborhoods in all parts of the Metro Louisville area, as well as surrounding counties. I have sold homes in Jefferson, Bullitt, Oldham, Spencer, Henry, Shelby, and Meade counties ranging anywhere in price from $50,000 to $1.8 million.

“I originally called in a very successful realtor friend, and my sister called in a realtor friend who was selling homes in the area. Mark, a stranger to us, stopped by and offered an assessment and presentation. Of all the three, his was the most comprehensive and thorough presentation BY FAR. Mark also listed everything he would do and the timeline in which he would do it. We were so impressed that we just had to choose Mark, a stranger to all of us. He even offered to help get the house ready. We originally thought that was not necessary as we were hiring people to paint all the rooms, basement floor, etc. and do minor repairs.
