What Other's Have to Say ...

“Matt McCall went above and beyond to sell my house quickly with multiple offers received on the first day. This was the first house I’ve sold, and he made the process easy and stress-free e and explained the entire process to me along the way. Matt did a great job determining fair market value of the house and navigating the negotiation process. Matt kept me informed of everything happening and was always available to answer questions. I highly recommend Matt McCall for all your real estate needs!” – Seller (5 Star Client Testimonial)

“Matt made the stressful process of a first-time seller an enjoyable walk in the park. Matt was always available and willing to answer any questions I had, respectful of my time scheduling showings, and helped with the closing when I was unable to attend the final date. I would highly recommend Matt McCall to my family, close friends, and strangers that were looking to buy or sell!” Seller (5 Star Client Testimonial)

“Matt provided excellent service. After my father passed away earlier this year, we had the daunting task of getting his home cleaned out and ready to sell. Matt guided us through the process and advised us on all the necessary steps. Matt was always prompt, courteous and professional. The marketing materials produced by his agency were superb. We had multiple offers, and Matt helped us quickly close the deal. Every step went smoothly. We could not be more pleased. Thank you, Matt!” Seller (5 Star Client Testimonial)

“My husband and I worked with Matt to buy our home while living out of state. Buying a home in this quick selling market while living across the country would have been a completely different experience without Matt. With Matt’s strong expertise and knowledge, he navigated us through the entire process step by step with confidence and ease. He made the buying process fun for us and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure everything went smoothly and we were happy. We cannot say enough good things about Matt, and we highly recommend him to anyone. We have bought and sold several homes in the past and I can say this without a doubt- you will not find another agent like Matt; he is by far the best!” – Buyer (5 Star Client Testimonial)

“My wife and I were living in another state when we bought a house with Matt’s help. On very short notice he managed to set up an itinerary for us to see lots of properties in a time-efficient manner. Onsite during showings, he never tried to push or steer and always provided useful insights and comments about the house and the neighborhood. Once we found the property we wanted, Matt handled every step of the buying process—from submitting the winning offer and getting us a great price to negotiating repairs and keeping things on track for a quick closing—with finesse and professionalism. As a former real estate agent myself, I’m a pretty tough critic, but Matt impressed me with his honesty, keen attention to detail, great people skills, and can-do attitude.”Buyer (5 Star Client Testimonial)

“Thanks Matt McCall for all your hard work. You really made the home buying process as painless as possible. It’s great to know that there is a realtor out there that isn’t just about “making the deal”. Matt McCall is about making the best possible deal for his clients. If anyone is looking for a quality realtor who’ll make you his priority, Matt is your guy.”Buyer (5 Star Client Testimonial)
