Matt’s passion lies in helping clients successfully navigate the complexities of buying or selling a home in the ever-changing Greater Louisville real estate market. Matt also thrives on being a connector to people and resources. He has developed a vast network of clients, service providers, and other agents and leverages the power of this network to the benefit of his clients.

So whether it’s seeking a place to call home, selling a property, or discovering a quality investment opportunity (he owns a portfolio of rentals himself), Matt is uniquely qualified to get the job done. Matt is licensed with both the Greater Louisville (GLAR) and National Associations of Realtors. He earned the coveted Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation and won GLAR’s Emerging Leader Award in 2020.

Matt is a proud Louisville native and has spent most of his life in the Derby City. He attended Louisville Collegiate School and earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Sewanee: The University of the South. Matt spent his early career in Washington D.C., working on Capitol Hill in the U.S. Senate and in the private sector for a lobbying firm, where he honed his skills in communication, negotiation, and advocacy, before moving back home to Louisville and beginning his real estate career in 2015.

Matt is heavily involved in his community and loves to support the local businesses, restaurants, and charities that make Louisville such a great place to call home. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Frazier History Museum and the Alumni Association Board for Collegiate. Matt and his wife, Elizabeth, reside in Louisville’s Northfield neighborhood with their two children, and their dog, Beasley.
