Kaitlin, a native Louisvillian and a second-generation Realtor^®, has deep roots in the Bluegrass state. Kaitlin literally grew up on the backside at Keeneland and Churchill Downs and still holds thoroughbred racing very close to her heart. An avid admirer of Louisville architecture and history, and with a keen eye for design, Kaitlin has a deep appreciation for all the unique areas of this great city. Throughout her 34-years, Kaitlin has lived in nearly every neighborhood around town giving her insight into each area’s quirky nuances and treasures.

Kaitlin’s friends will tell you that they cherish her loyalty, honesty, integrity, and dedication to a project. Kaitlin is a great listener and a true believer that excellent communication is the key to any successful transaction. 

A new mother of a beautiful 14-month-old, Kaitlin’s aspirations revolve around helping to provide for her young family and be an example for her daughter of what a working mom can accomplish with hard work. She has an incredibly supportive husband and family and often leans on her Realtor^® dad for advice and guidance. 

In her free time, she enjoys live music, local restaurants, and supporting Louisville’s myriad boutiques and local businesses. Kaitlin has two adorable boxers, Karl and Sammy.
