I was born and raised in Louisville and I've been personally invested in the local residential real estate market since 2005. In 2015 I began the process of transitioning two of my residential properties for the short-term rental market. I grew up in J-town and Middletown, graduated from Trinity High School in 1998 and received a B.A. in Music Technology from Bellarmine University in 2002. During and after college I lived in the Highlands, Clifton, and Crescent Hill. I LOVE my current house and neighborhood, a Victorian era home in Old Louisville built in 1898.
As a youth I would travel with my grandfather at least once a week to help restore the two story log house located on the farm in central Kentucky where my grandfather was born. My parents still live in Middletown in the home where they raised me and my three younger siblings since 1986 (and four pups and many goldfish). All of these experiences have set the stage for the development of a solid understanding of the meaning of home, whether it's one that has been in the family for generations or one that's only home for a few nights.
I love historic properties but also have a strong appreciation for modern design and quality construction. Additionally, I enjoy visiting great gardens and landscapes, as I've been a Certified Arborist since 2009. For ten years I worked locally as a full-time Consulting Arborist prior to becoming a Realtor®.
My strengths professionally are punctuality, attention to detail and patience. I'm happy to be an agent for Kentucky Select Properties and every day I look forward to doing the best I can for my clients.
