Kristin Kidwell

Kristin is a newly licensed realtor as of March 2018, and is eager to step into a career that she has admired from afar for quite some time. Having previously worked as an Administrative Assistant for a team of Realtors®, including her husband Eddie, she decided it was time to really dig deep and understand the process of real estate from start to finish.

Prior to her new found passion, Kristin owned and operated her own floral design business, Don’t Forget the Flowers, from 2013-2018. She started out primarily as a wedding florist, and through building strong relationships with clients and a consistent referral system, her business blossomed into serving many local businesses, restaurants, and non-profits such as Michter’s Distillery, Stitzel Weller Distillery, The Kentucky Bourbon Affair, Kentucky Bourbon Festival, Young Authors Greenhouse, Fund for the Arts, Jack Frys, Bourbons Bistro, The Palace Theatre, and many more.

Kristin pursued a Bachelors in the Arts from Western Kentucky University, with a major in Photojournalism, where she received the William Randolph Hearst Award for Best Photo Story of the Year in 2003. She is a proud member of the Fair Event Vendors Alliance, whose mission is to connect the LGBTQ community to members who provide equal and fair treatment to clients. She has served as a mentor for young designers through KMAC Couture “Art Walks the Runway” and she enjoys supporting the thriving local art and music scene in Louisville.

Kristin’s true love in life is her family - her husband Eddie, and their two boys Wyatt and Hollis. Together they enjoy spending time outdoors, fixing up old houses, cooking, and laughing their way through life.
