I learned the importance of great customer service first in the IT business. However, it was as owner and operator of local e-cycling company, ECO-CELL, that I really honed those skills. For 14 years, I brokered deals with buyers and sellers across the nation and globe. My guiding principle in business is simple: thoroughly understand your customers then provide as much value as possible to help them achieve their goals.
I am also a US Navy Veteran. During my hitch in the service I learned the importance of attention to detail and timeliness. As a Radioman aboard a guided missile cruiser in the Arabian Gulf, there was no room for error and every detail mattered. As a result, my response time is quick and accurate.
