Moving can be very exciting! You may be moving due to a promotion, a job change, or a need to accommodate a changing family size. More and more I hear about people who want to downsize, to get rid of home maintenance responsibilities, and to reduce some of the increasing costs of living. Many of us are concerned about the overall direction of the economy, and the real estate market in particular, and wish to preserve equity when selling or to seek a lower price when purchasing. Either way, it is important to be realistic about current market conditions and I want to provide the advice you need to make a good decision.

I have been a residential real estate Broker for some 20 years, first in Louisville and then in the Chicago area. My wife, Anne, and our three children have relocated three times from Louisville, Chagrin Falls, OH, Lake Forest, IL, and now back to Louisville. We understand the excitement, stress, and challenges of moving.  Whether the move is across town, to the next county, or to a distant state, I want to provide you with the essential real estate services to make the process go as smoothy as possible.

Please contact me for a complimentary and confidential market analysis of your home or to discuss any real estate questions ... no obligations, of course!

I look forward to being of service to you!
