    Davidson, Catherine

Davidson, Catherine I went to school in North Carolina and Tennessee spending each summer in Louisville with family. After graduating from East Carolina University, I decided to live in Louisville year round. As things go, I also lived on the opposite end of the state, in Ashland for eight years. Perennial gardening, swapping plants, and stealing ideas from a tour of someone else's, usually spectacular, garden are my favorite things to do. If not gardening, I'm out with a fork! Conversation over a great meal is my way of catching up.

As a new agent, I'm leveraging my background in business, and as a former Marriott director, particularly my service experience. At four points in my life, I have had the good fortune to work with two particular Realtors. Two of those transitions were tied to unusual circumstances for me, but in each transaction I came away impressed with what each Realtor was able to do for me. It is my goal to be the kind of Realtor I experienced for myself. I consider it a privilege to be a part of locating or selling a home. And I'm grateful to be working in Louisville, which has so many distinctive neighborhoods.

    Gordon, Judy

As a Louisville native and lifetime resident, I have a deep appreciation for the rich history and unique neighborhoods of this city. Louisville truly has something for everyone, whether you love sports, the arts, shopping and dining, or a little of everything – this town has it all!

I have twenty years of experience in sales and property management, but my interest and love of Real Estate goes back to my roots. My grandfather and both brothers are talented carpenters and my dad a builder. Almost everyone in my family is involved in Real Estate in some way or another.

Louisville is also a generous town and I have been fortunate to be involved in some of its’ many great organizations. Currently, I am a board member of "Art from the Heart" for the Metro Council on Mental Retardation. In the past, I have worked with Catholic Charities to help relocated refugees from Afghanistan and Sudan. My family was honored to welcome six young men from Sudan (Lost Boy’s) to America, when they landed at Louisville International Airport.

It would be my pleasure to help you find the home of your dreams in my wonderful hometown. I understand how exciting and stressful moving can be, whether you are moving around the block or from the other side of the world I can guide you every step of the way.

    Gulick, Sandy

Gulick, Sandy Even after 19 years as one of the hardest working women in the "show you a home business", including a five-year-run as the #1 agent for the area's biggest real estate firm, Sandy still loves what she does.

And what is it that she does so well? To hear her tell it, residential real estate is as much about match-making as it is about anything else; finding the right house for the right people at the right time.

Born in Shanghai, China, Margaret Sandal Honeycutt (aka Sandy Gulick), has lived in Louisville since she was three and spent her formative years at Highland Presbyterian Church Weekday School, St. Francis in the Fields kindergarten, Chenoweth Elementary and Waggener High School.

She attended St. Andrews Presbyterian College in Laurinburg, North Carolina before getting married and spending the next few years hopping from California to Texas to Augsburg, Germany. She returned to Louisville in 1974 and has been here ever since.

Sandy raised her two children, Jay and Liz, in the Cherokee Triangle and has recently decided to return to her favorite Louisville neighborhood after a several year absence.

On any given night you can find Sandy entertaining friends and clients at one of Louisville's fine restaurants. Recently, she has been seen around town with a handsome, fair-haired young man named Oliver (who happens to be her precious grandson!)

She's tickled to be part of Kentucky Select Properties where she's surrounded by so many of the talented and fun-loving agents she's worked with during her career.

A few of Sandy's rules for real estate success:
  • Don't be pushy
  • Every client deserves a great meal to celebrate buying or selling a home
  • No deal is worth losing your integrity or risking your reputation
  • Treat every client like your career depends on it
