Buying, selling, designing and renovating real estate in Louisville has been a life long personal passion. A rewarding, responsible and wonderful business career led me in 2007 to link personal passion with a new business focus, resulting in a successful real estate practice, all thanks to clients who knew me as a former colleague, neighbors, life long friends, new friends, children of friends, friends of children, referrals from all of the above, and various super people I’ve met along the real estate road, all who entrusted me to represent them during their buying or selling real estate adventures.
Real estate was a logical transition from my former career in human resources management, talent acquisition and diversity leadership for Brown-Forman Corp, and my independence as founder and owner of a professional executive search firm before that. And, a degree in Interior Design and a Law Degree helps me enormously in figuring the best ways to represent my clients effectively. The privilege and responsibility of this important work requires devoted attention to the market, the community, and to each client, and an ability to listen keenly and understand, respect and guide when necessary all the people and all the players in the process.
I graduated from Sacred Heart Academy and University of Louisville Undergraduate and Law, and grew up in St. Matthews in early years, and have lived in the Highlands as an adult, where I live with my husband, Lloyd Kelly (a well known professional artist whose landscapes, still life paintings and prints grace our home and who exhibits in galleries and museums in many cities - and Lloyd teaches Tai Chi in Hospitals too) and our yellow lab Baxter.
