A 1977 graduate of Hampden Sydney College, John has more than 30 years experience in real estate sales and management. With specialties in estates, properties of architectural distinction, relocation and corporate moves, condominium conversions and sales, John prides himself in serving the needs of his clients and customers with skill and attention to detail. Whether a first time home buyer or a savvy investor, he has the sales and negotiating experience to make transactions smooth and rewarding.

John has been in the top echelon of Louisville Realtors based on sales volume and is presently a partner and Principal Broker of Kentucky Select Properties. A native Louisvillian, John is pleased to contribute to both his industry and his community by serving in many capacities. He has served as Vice President of the Greater Louisville Board of Realtors as well as a director and as chairman of the Professional Standards Committee. He is a graduate of Leadership Louisville, Focus Louisville, served on the boards of Family and Children First, Louisville Ballet, American Automobile Associations, and is a member of St. Francis in the Fields Church.
