A 1979 graduate of Miami University in Oxford, Ohio with a major in Marketing Management and a minor in Economics, Steve has compiled a long roster of satisfied customers and buyers over his career as he brings a wealth of knowledge, credibility, and experience to Kentucky Select Properties. He is among the "Most Trusted" names in Louisville real estate!

He previously was the president and CEO of Levy's Lumber and Building Centers, a local retail home improvement company with five stores and four hundred employees. The company was sold in the late 1990's.

Steve is a member of various civic organizations and has served on the board of directors of the Louisville Chapter of The American Red Cross, The Louisville Orchestra, The Kentucky Retail Lumber Dealers Association, Kentucky Derby Festival, and CrimeStoppers. He also was a founding member of the board of directors of Kentucky Harvest and served as its chairman for two consecutive terms. He additionally served as a board member of USA Harvest, the largest all-volunteer food organization in the United States. Steve was also a two-term trustee of Spalding University.
